How to use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 175-200mL of cold water or skim milk in a shaker cup. Use between major meals or before and after exercise. Take up to 2 servings per day. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided. Recommended Dose: 2 servings per day.
